Hi, (First time here!)
So I ordered the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 5g yesterday, everything went through fine, but just had an email saying OOS......my question is...do O2 come through on their word and restock items quickly, or will i just be waiting for a cancellation email from them??

We have no idea unfortunately. All stock levels are just getting back to normal since the pandemic

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Hi,
Tried to call - I cant get through security without my O2 number which i dont have.
Nor do I see any products attached to my account in the O2 website.
Im in Limbo.
Last text message recieved on Tuesday said my order will be with you tomorrow.
Aside from going to a store - is there anything else i can do.
