hi all

currently paying £14.50 for 10 gb of data

giffgaff £10 for 15 gb

I can't seem to be able to contact any o2 rep to see if they can match this, so no option but to leave.

The new phone system, using 202 is a circular nightmare with bots. I hardly use my phone for call so really just interested in the data. Been o2 forever

is there any direct number to call 02 to talk to see if they can help

thanks

Hi

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

See links below

Or you can call them from 8am to 8pm on 0808 002 0202 or 0800 081 0255

Depending on your phone @mindburner  and if it supports esim, and you dont care about your number have a look at esim.net £ 20 for unlimited data, no outside EU Roaming or premium texts / calls .

edited to add: esim.net uses o2 as its a partnership with o2 business

@mindburner If you're still interested in talking to O2 call 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

If you're still planning to switch providers, get Pay & Go sims from whoever you want to switch to, and try them out before you jump ship. Signal coverage is far more important than getting a 'deal'.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
