Had a random text just now (usually they come through as from 02)

Number was 07947621257, saying they are having problems accessing my bill, go to link

which i didn't want to , of course

Anyone else had this please ?

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.

Also tried talking to an adviser on 02 and couldn't even do that, service not unavailable. like WTF

Yeah it's very difficult right now.
O2 still hiding behind covid for poor service !
