hi i've just sent my phone in for a repair and was told at the shop it will proberly be a replacment handset as curved screens are to expencive to repair i spoke to two poeople one said i would need to pay the full amount for the replacment over £1000 the other said it would just be a couple hundred or so. could anyone give me an answer on this please?

You will be contacted by O2 repairs once your phone has been assessed.
They will give you an accurate repair quote which you can choose to accept or decline and have the phone returned to you.

yes thats what they told me but that's only if they can repair it. If they can't repair the sceen they say that they will send me a replacement handset. my question is will i have to pay full price for the new replacment handset?

As above, they will give you a quote for whatever is required.
And it's no more difficult to replace a curved screen than a flat one, but it's the voice of the repairers as to what they do.
