I find the O2 network is running slow all the time since Lockdown, Problem is they are taking monthly payments but cannot help you.

I've not had any problems with o2 during the lockdown, in fact ive had more issues with Virgin Media than o2.

What issues are you experiencing? and have you checked https://status.o2.co.uk and entered your post code to see if there any service issue

What handset do you have?

o2 can and will help you as will us guys and gals on the forum (to the best of our abilities)

If you mean O2's 4G service is slower than normal, yet the O2 Network Status tool shows there are no issues, it could be because your local 4G signal is oversubscribed.

Try setting your phone SIM setting from 4G/3G/2G/Auto setting to the 3G/2G only setting, see if your download speed improves a little.

If you have poor WiFi service from your home broadband router signal, that might be something to take up with whoever provides your domestic broadband service, @Ray11.
