I cant seem to enable WIFI calling on my Galaxy note 9 its been enabled in myo2 App but dosnt seem to work. all help videos show different optiions to ones that I have

Can you answer these questions below and maybe we can help a little further?

• Did you purchase the device directly from O2?
• To check if your phone’s running O2 firmware, dial *#1234# and look at the CSC entry. If this line includes ‘TEF’, ‘O2U’ or ‘OTF’ then your device has O2 firmware and you can set up Wifi and 4G Calling.

Only Samsung that requires O2 firmware is J3 (2017).
The Note 9 will also work on open market firmware.

Since when I had wifi calling on account but the pixel 2xl I had didn't have wifi calling on it

I have an unlocked UK note 9 ( on BTU firmware ,)

Took 3 days for WiFi calling and VoLTE to become active after enabling them on my account.

It also appeared after rebooting.( Which I had been doing periodically )

I have the option to prefer WiFi over cell also.

Phone app>3 dots >settings>WiFi calling.
