I have 2 phones on pay monthly, SIM only. Signal is horrendous at home and has been reported numerous times, without any action being taken. I have enable wifi calling on both devices, but it does not work. Does O2 have to switch it on?

@TWM

wifi calling should be on by default on all monthly contracts.

Have you set phone to wifi priority?

Check with O2 if it is active for you.

You don't say which phones but on some versions of Android it needs switching on both in the dialer and the settings menu

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I would hope that you have had or will get emails about the price increase nexxt April

This tells you that you have the right to cancel the airtime parts of your contracts whilst keeping the devices to be paid off monthly

This was me I would be cancelling and getting sim only contracts from another provider

Try PAYG sims from other networks to find the best coverage
