What exactly isn't working?
Calls, texts, data or all?
If just data and you have an iPhone, change your data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
If any other phone or if nothing at all working, you probably have a roaming bar on your account, so you'll need to contact O2 to have it lifted.
