why havent 02 cancelled my tablet bill?

i had a tablet deal with 02 for the requisite contracted time, no great difficulty but a very expensive tariff (£20 for 1gb), so i cancelled at the end of the contract, or thought i had,apparently hadn't been explicit enough so i cancelled again, now 5 months later i've discovered theyre still taken money from my account.

so bearing in mind for the past 9 months or so ive been paying £20 for a 1GB tablet that hasnt so much as been turned on, on a contract ive tried to cancel at least twice !! can somebody tell me how i cancel an 02 contract ?

What documented evidence do you have that you cancelled?
I’d suggest gathering all the data together and putting in a complaint through Resolver.
