Could be the actual structure of your house. No network will guarantee a perfect signal indoors. If you're a Pay Monthly customer you could try the TuGo app so you can make and receive calls over your home WiFi.

Does it work OK outside your home?

Then you probably have your answer. Possibly due to the structure of the building and network issues when inside?

18 inch thick stone walls in my house, keeps even the best signal at bay.

 

The local Tesco and Sainsburys which are  of metal cladded structures are another.

Cleoriff is correct. It's your building construction so nothing you can unless on contract in which case you can use Tugo.
