I have recently been in hospital for eight day in isolation.

Luckly i had my phone with me which helped keep my spirits up.

Due to illness i used emojis and some pictures to make it easy to reply

o2 have charged me £24 extra on my monthly bill

Looking at the extra cost they say SMS picture ?

My family use other suppliers and do not get these extra charges.

I have been with 02 for over twenty years and i can not get a answer on these charges.

If any one out there as had the same problem and a solution please let me know

My phone is Iphone 8plus but i dont think thats the problem.

it my be time to change supplier

@LaurieSpink Emojis and pictures sent by text are considered MMS, not SMS by O2. Should you want to send those sorts again, use WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger over WiFi.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
