I have just ordered a SIM card from O2 to replace my current network provider from Virgin Mobile.
I requested my PAC code from Virgin (easy...done online) and I am now unsuccessfully trying to register this PAC code with O2.
After searching for some time, I cannot find a link or easy way of doing this...or actually speaking to someone via live chat or on the phone.
I am also trying to buy Sims for my wife and son so we are all on the same network, and on buying the second sim i was rejected....
You really don't make things easy for new customers....so here I am resorting to an online community to get help...
