I am on a Lifetime Group Net 99 contract that comes with 200 any network off peak minutes a month, however I am unable to find out when I can actually use these as the last time I made a call (Sunday Afternoon) I was charged in full.

Does any one know what off peak is in O2 terms> - I called in and asked and couldn't get a clear answer from the O2 rep.

@Cinebear

Off Peak used to be after 7pm and before 7am in the morning.

This is a really old tariff.

I will tag the o2 advisors to see if they can offer any further advice @O2Nathan and @Anonymous

Thanks - hopefully my question will be answered - you are right about it being an old contract though as  I have had this since 1999

Hopefully the sdvisors on here will have the answer the telophone advisor didn't
