hi,

 

Today I was sold , by an 02 member, a pay monthly sim only contract for £17 monthly. This was confirmed multiple times.

 

Ive now just checked 'my 02' and it says my tariff is a 12 month £30 per month sim only. This is NOT what i signed up for!

 

How can i cancel this?

Have you checked to see if you are on a promotional tariff?. If so it will be applied as a bolt on  https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-guides/Where-is-my-discount-or-Extra-Data/bc-p/1075494
