I am receiving several pings a day from my voicemail even though I have de activated it.  Is it possible that I have two voicemail accounts?

I've tried everything that has been suggested but I'm still getting pings from voicemail.

 

I give up! 

 

I've changed the alert sound to something different to anything else so I know to ignore it. Luckily I don't get many genuine voicemails ordinarily so my friends know to not leave a message.

 

Situation not resolved, but tolerated.
