i was transferred from Virgin to O2, i was told that my charges would not increase but i find that i am picking charges up for voice calls, i never picked up charges for voice calls when i was with Virgin

It all depends on what numbers you are calling, as some that where free on Virgin, wont be free on o2.  https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/other-numbers-and-charges

 

Other than that you will need to speak to customer services; 

if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone
