All the years i have been on O2 with different accounts and numbers I have never been able to view my bill.
Even after doing the update personal and number this still does not work.....any Ideas?

I have registered as adviced to view my bills. I have registered on line as required but I also cannot view my bills. Very frustrating indeed. Can some one advice me please

Make sure you are using the details supplied by customer service and using your complete email address.

Ring CS or try a pm to Abs as above.
It's possible they haven't set it up yet if you're a new customer.
