are the prices quoted on the 02 site for pay monthly inclusive of VAT?

Hi @Anonymous Yes they are inclusive of vat. (Unless you are on a business contract)

The prices showing for phones and contracts are but I have noticed that some additional services don’t include vat.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
