I have just taken an O2 contract for my son to use, now with EE they used to stop data usage once you hit your allowances so you could not overspend, do O2 offer this or anything like this also can i bar premium rate numbers from being called. Cheers for the assist.

Data stops when used up so you can’t go over and if you call customer service on 202 they will put an outgoing premium call bar on the account.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Any tariff with data will do that suits his needs because data stops once the allowance is reached.

Customer service can also put a premium bar on the phone if you call them.
