Has anyone else had a problem where they have asked 02 to upgrade phone.  spent an hour on the phone sorting it out.  Lady says it wont let me attach the link which meant i couldnt get the new phone next day.  lady promised to call the next day when link was sendable to date (2 days later) no phone call, no phone.  Think I will use another provider any recommendations?

We always advise upgrading in store.

Did you see the message in MY O2 informing you were able to 'Upgrade Now'?

If you were eligible that message would have been visible? http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Though as said by @MI5 we always advise instore as the best option. Particularly at this time of year...
