I want to pay off and cancel my current contract, as I want to upgrade to a sim only dead on uswitch (still o2) i want to transfer my number over also. Can you please help me with this?

If you upgrade through USwitch then you can keep your present SIM and phone number.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
