I am due for my upgrade. I have been looking at the deals and foudn that through buymobiles.net, I can get a iphone 12 through o2 with 2 year commitment, £0 down and unlimited data for £48 a month.  When I look at O2s website at my upgrade options, I can get an iphone 12 a 3 year contract, 12 gb and £80 down for £50.

Why doesnt O2 offer me the same deal that this website is offering?  If I call them can I get it? I dont want to sit on hold forever waiting so if anyone has any recommendations, much appreciated.

o2 wont match the deal

The reason the 3rd parties offer these deals is because they get paid commission by o2

Just be aware you lose all the benefits of Refresh, and it will be a new contract so you will have to contact o2 to migrate your number and cancel the old contract

@timeforupgrade The website that's offering you that deal can do so because they don't have to maintain the network. O2 will not price match. Go with the best deal you can find.

Apparently there is a number that you text for a PAC now, and I just put it onto my order and its all done for me.

@timeforupgrade Refresh gives you the option to upgrade earlier than the length of your contract. If you're staying with O2 you don't need a PAC. Read the advice given to you by @madasaf1sh.
