After spending a lot of time on the phone today upgrading sons phone I still have not recieved the email regarding terms and conditions and credit agreement. So do I have to phone again tomorrow or can I request by email for it

If you upgraded over the phone, the advisor would have spoken to you about the terms and conditions.

Check in My O2 to see if the upgrade has gone through

Might just be delayed coming through but you should still receive a copy of the credit agreement and T&C's.
