I am thinking in upgrade my data plan but I already have disney plus and amazon prime, which upgrade should I get. My plan is 6gb of data and unlimited text and calls.

You won't be able to take advantage of those if you already have them unless you cancel the existing accounts. Check if there are other extras you can take advantage of.
