upgrade

iv'e been called once about upgrade ,now text messages can't get through if i phone been waiting 20mins ,every time hassle :mansad:

Sorry but you will need to persevere with customer service. Have you checked your postcode for network problems here: http://status.o2.co.uk

I do have a suggestion... Next time if you come across such problem again, ask them to wait for you to finish before replying you. After all, you are a customer, isn't it? Isn't it a customer is alright right? Smiley Happy

Yeah iv'e tried that Smiley Wink last time i upgraded on the Friday asked them to not ring or text again Saturday morning had both Crazy
