IS this is a sim only contract? If so I can't see that tariff with O2.

Did you go through a 3rd party reseller like Uswitch?

Either way, you won't be able to upgrade to another tariff immediately.

You need to check in My O2 and see what options are open to you.

(PS I've just checked my own MY O2 and there is nothing as low as the price you are asking for. )

Sounds like you are on one of the 'Associate' 12 month tariffs. You would have to pay that off first
