If you're having problems it may be best to call customer service or go instore. Online chat is an option but would suggest you call tbh.

It's also a good idea to check out the independents such as CPW for other deals (refresh is not available through anyone apart from O2 direct)

Also if you've not tried out your choice of handset then have a play with the demo models. You also walk out with the phone after signing up. No delivery to wait in for. slight_smile
