upgrade not arrived

we are upset with 02 as we settled our account and upgraded,  expecting phones to arrive in a few days , but had a text to say they out of stock contacted 02 they couldn't give a definite delivery date any one else had this problem .

Hi @Anonymous Sadly this happens frequently. If you wish to make a complaint follow this link. It's because O2 don't have a live ordering system and sometimes demand exceeds supply

Many people have the exact same problem. Presumably any money has already been taken. I would be cancelling and going in store.

Always go Instore for upgrades as that is the best chance of walking away with your chosen phone the same day compared to the non existent stock system online
