Hi @Anonymous I understand O2 taken an upfront payment for a phone you have ordered but you have had no confirmation you have been accepted?

 You need to check in My O2 ...look in recent orders and see if there is anything there http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If nothing showing then you need to contact customer services and check the status of your order http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

O2 won't have taken the money.
It will just be reserved.
If you don't complete the order the funds will be available to you again in 2 or 3 days.

Same thing has happened to me taken my upfront payment and I’ve had no email ect
