My contract is up on monday am just wanting to know whether it will just finish and o2 will cut me off or if they will carry the contract on.

Your contract will carry on a 30 day rolling contract month by month until you give 30 days notice.
If you are happy with the tariff you are on and don't wish to upgrade then you need do nothing.

Thanks for that, do i just ring o2 customer services to querie an upgrade. The phone am wanting they havent got for upgrade on here could i go else where with my same number.

Yes you could just ring upgrades but if they don't have what you want you are free to ask for your PAC code which will allow you to keep your number. Just give the PAC to any new provider which will effectively end your contract and O2 will send you a final invoice.
