https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/simplicity/ look at the 11 pound option 30 day sign up  and move over the payg number and then the credit from your payg account will pay the first bill then give 30 days notice the day after you sign.

Then you should get a fair chunck of your money back.

if I have got my facts right.

The only way that should work is to switch to a Pay Monthly 1 month contract when your balance would be moved to the new account and then cancel it, any credit would then be moved to your bank account.

It can't be used to pay other accounts.

not sure if this would work.

Take out a 30 day simplicity contract deal then use the keep my number form to close the payg down and then the credit can be used to pay the monthly fee.

they move credit over in 24 hours then close the simplicty account with 30 days notice and then they will issue you a credit if you still have money left.

How much credit do you have on the payg?

I've still got about £ 75 on it . I've only got the mobile so I would get the discount for broadband. No reception here so I only use it when in civilisation or abroad .

If I use £ 5 in 3 months it's a lot.
