will pending international text messages make it to my phone when restored fully? or will they never arrive?

 

also, payment was made on my account today around an hour ago or so and it's still showing as due on online account. How come?

Be patient until someone comes along that can help. For accounts you need to call cs on 202 as we can't see your account here, don't use chat

It depends how long your phone was disconnected and the validity time of the messages (usually 7 days).
