unlocking old phone

Hi

Im trying to unlock my old O2 phone without much luck. I need to add that I left O2 month ago , and now I find it difficult to unlock my old phone. 

I tried to log in to my account and the usual links are not available , app on my phone ,doent have this option either. Talking to Guru isnt available to. 

Do you have idea ,what sholud I do ?

@AlexWYou will need an O2 sim in the phone as it sends a code to the phone. You could try the manual form in the link above but if having problems you will need to contact customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
