How to unlock 02 mobile so i can use different network SIM on it?

i have bought this mobile from internet and i can not use any other SIM in my mobile, what can i do?

Can you use an O2 sim in the phone?

If so then follow the advice in the link above.

If you can't use an O2 sim then you need to find out which network it is locked to and ask them to unlock it.

Some phones are not tied to a specific network. I had a OnePlus 3T on O2 until I upgraded recently.  My son is on EE and he wanted to change his phone and asked if he could use the OnePlus.  I wasn't sure if it would work, but when I put his EE sim in the phone, it all registered and worked correctly.

When i enter Three network sim card to samsung galaxy 8 mobile which was on 02 network i see message "sim network pin blocked. enter sim network puk" i have contacted three who mentioned my mobile is locked by 02 network.

I have contacted O2 via chat and they mentioned same that i need to use pay as you go sim and then put request to unlock this phone. very helpful service. thank you everyone for your input in this matter.

Yes you need the NUK not three PUK. Entering the OIL incorrectly a number of times could permanently lock the phone.
