Hi

i have just paid off me device bill but when i go to my o2 to unlock device it just says not available at the moment can any one advise please.

Makes no difference if phone is paid off or not then.
The site must be glitching so use the manual method I gave you previously.

I would imagine the system hasn't caught up yet with the fact the device is paid off. As suggested by @Bambino. It is all automated so I think that would be the reason...(Unless it's an iPhone 7 of course...)
