Solved: unlock iphone

I m travelling to Bangkok next week n like to use local sim with my iphone, i contacted the O2 mycare to unlock the iphone and got replied that the iphone been unlocked but when reactive it and it said the phone need to be unlocked. can you help please

Normally you will need to insert another network sim and connect it to itunes where you should get the message that the phone is unlocked. If the phone is still locked you can try using the form in the link in my signature.
