we are moving from O2 to Sky and I have the unlock codes for my and my wife's phone. What do I do now

Hi Barry

If you have cancelled the agreement with O2 and have been given with unlock codes, then the next steps are to pop the Sky sim cards in the phones where you will be prompted to enter the Network unlock codes.

The Network Unlock Codes are unique to the phones IMEI's (International Mobile Equipment Identity), so you will need to make sure you enter them into the right devices.

You dont get unlocking codes for iphones.

Once you have submitted the form with the IMEI of the iphone o2 will email you to confirm the phone is unlatched/unlocked.

All you need to then do is insert the sky sim into the iphone then follow the instruction on the screen to activate the phone with the sky sim.

Is it the PAC codes you have @Barry18 ? If so you just give them to Sky who will do everything for you when the phones are unlocked.
