unlimited internet now 500mb/month... !!!!

Hi,
I made a contract in aug 2010 for UNLIMITED internet and in dec 2010 I received a txt from o2 in which they told me that from this point i will have 500mb/month because it was a promotion... Problem is that i made the contract online and i don't have any papers. probably i've lost them. But I remember for sure that the offer was unlimited internet for dell streak. that was the point for choosing that device.
does anybody knows how to get a copy of contract??
because i think what o2 did is not fair.

This has been discussed at length all contracts since 24th June 2010 had a set limit but had unlimited as an offer until October.
Just check the t&c on the o2 website .

O2 haven't offered Unlimited Data since June 2010. So I don't think you could have signed up for unlimited, you must have had a specific allowance of 500megabytes with a promotion of unlimited until October.

well, for this particular handset Dell Streak the offer was unlimited data. With no asterisc or small prints.

I have to disagree as a customer in your claim that it was sold in august with unlimited data. Which contract did you go on and price? What is shown on myo2?
But if you feel that is not correct contact the complaint review service.

I'm pretty sure it didn't come with unlimited data, because there were people posting on here moaning about their data allowance.

500mb is more than enough unless you are streaming loads form youtube
