Solved: unlimited call O2 doesn't work

Hello

I have a problem. I bought starter o2 pay & go, and I top up my account for more than 15 punds so I sholud get unlimited call to anybody in o2 but this tariff doesn't work.I got only free texts, but I should get unlimited texts and call. What can I do with this??

You need to call 4445 and talk to CS who will look into this for you.

did you ask for a specific o2 unlimited sim card as you may just have a standard payg sim

Access to billing / phone plan etc

Phone no longer tied to my account
