Got my contract through carphone warehouse 2 yrs ago, contract almost over o2 can not provide an unlatching code, where do i go at CW to get it unlatched? Galaxy 9s going to sim only monthly and have recieved PAC code.

Have you tried using a sim from a different network @Parky01?
CPW phones were normally unlocked (unlatched) so it might work already...
