there is an unidentified charge of £7 on my bank account from O2. Why?

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Look in your MYO2 under view bill @Anne69 

see if the charge is mentioned there, it should be.

It was for a SIM card I didn't received or requested and was sorted out by customer service
