unexpected bill

My bill this month is £53, normally £16.  You will see from the detail on the bill that 2 calls to strange numbers account for the difference.  I have unlimited calls so why the charge.  Also as I am sure you will agree this must have been calls made by complete accident to non existent numbers.  Please remove these charges, you can see from the long history of my service that something is wrong.

Any calls outside of your allowances are chargeable.
