I have lent my Samsung M8800 to my granddaughter who has fitted it with her Vodaphone pay and go SIM (she and the rest of her immediate family all have Vodaphone which has a better reception than 02 where they live). Can you unblock please?

Hi,

ive asked a moderator to remove your imei number to protect the security of your phone.

Please fill out the online unlocking request form to have your phone unlocked to all networks.

Make sure you have the O2 sim in your phone when you request the unlock

You will need an O2 sim with at least £15 credit (or an o2 contract sim) in the phone to complete the unlock process. As you say your granddaughter has already put a Voda sim in the phone is it not working or requesting an unlock code?
