unable to view and print bills

Please could you allow access on my accounts so that I can easily view and print the monthly bills as I need to produce them for my business and I have been having difficulty over the past few months.

If you click on view my bill in My O2 from your pc you should get the option to download as pdf which can then be printed off. If you don't get this option speak to O2 on 202.

Look In your myo2.

It's not available to payg customers.

We are all customers here so cannot access your account.

This is a customer to customer forum so you will need to contact CS for account releated issues.

Hopefully they can fix any issues you have with your My O2 account checking facility.
