I am unable to pay my bill until the end of this month due to being furloughed but cannot access anyone to let them know, yet they say 'if we don't hear from you we will charge for being late payment and restrict your service'. I can't phone them as no-one to asnwer, the online help is automated and sends me to payment support page which, when I phone them, say I can't speak to anyone unless its because of fraud or stolen phone. Anyone help?

Many, many thanks for your advice, I rang the number again, pressed 'yes' even though it wasn't 'fraud or stolen phone' amnd got answered. Solution sorted and problem solved!
