Hi, my lady friend doesnt receive my tx ,s even though she gets them from others and i can send to others ok. we are both o2 network and recently changed tariffs and she has changed phone . tx.s worked upto 2 days ago.I have done normal things like battery sim micro card in out.both mobiles seem to work ok bar this prob. no network probs reported and i raised one, waiting a reply soon.  any advise is much welcome please. regards p w.

She needs to check whether she has blocked you in error. Also take a look at this guide to see if it helps

According to @paul73  who checked the guide, Guide: Text Message Tips (not sent or received) it was a dirty sim and after cleaning, it now works. Good news
