trying to port a number to O2

Im starting to get seriously peed off with O2's lack of being to able to do such a simple task.

 

I've tried to port a number to O2 and completed a form online and nothing was actioned, actually trying to talk to someone is a mission impossible and Tom Cruise would have a hell of job getting hold of any at O2. I have only just started with O2 so it is likely if they can not complete this task then I will close the account within the cooling off period.

 

Any help to get this resolved will be much appreciated.

Form to submit here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number

O2 will text the number you are keeping with a transfer date if the form was successful.

If You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
