I have tried 3 times now to pay my bill and you have now turnd my phone off, i asked my bank if they could change bank details and my address they said no you have to put in manually please i am trying to pay can someone help

I've tried paying my bill a few times on the phone and online- there's no problem with the card, I don't know why it won't take. It's a different card than what I have registered with, but I can't find a way to update my account or anything. I'm cut off and the automated payment line is of no use.

It seems a few people have had this problem lately. Best option is to call them from either a friends phone or a landline.
