trying to pay ny bill

struggling to pay my bill its syaing calls are diverted but cannot connect through any numbers

You can call customer service from any phone for free on 0800 032 1402.

@Camnat01 Has your service been disconnected for non-payment? You can call customer service from any phone for free on 0800 032 1402 to try to sort this out. Once you do, you should consider setting up a Direct Debit to avoid future problems like this.
