As much as the web site says open for business and i can get delivery tomorrow. i can go through the whole charade of placing an order to go tot he basket and i get an 400 error code two days running.
appreciate the difficulties but website says opena nd delivery.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble upgrading. Have you tried placing the order through the My O2 ap? alternatively give customer services a call on 202 from your handset or 0344 8090202 from a landline.
